Was in the "pre-sterilization era" when medical instruments still had handles made of ebony, rosewood, bone, or gutta-percha (a hard rubber). The cross-hatched Ebony'closed-handle' is in good condition with some wear to the surfaces and tiny chip in the underneath surface of the lower section of the handle.
There are no cracks, breaks or repairs to the saw. The metal surface are all in very good condition. The blade is nice and straight and has very good sharp teeth. This is a good saw to add to your medical collection. Please remember to leave Feedback.
